1. Submit tonnage records on a monthly basis to the LEA. <br />2. Quantities and types of materials recycled and/or salvaged <br />shall be reported to the LEA on a quarterly basis.. <br />3. A log of special occurrences, i.e. fires, explosions, <br />accidents, hazardous wastes, etc., shall be maintained and <br />reported to the LEA on an annual basis. <br />4.
