Board staff documented one violation of Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR)., Chapter 3, State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal: 14 CCR 17710 Grading of Fill Surfaces A copy of the State Inspection Report is enclosed. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE BOARD IS PROPOSING TO INCLUDE THE FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL SITE IN THE INVENTORY OF SOLID WASTE FACILITIES WHICH VIOLATE STATE MINIMUM STANDARDS (INVENTORY) PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE 44104. The Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) will continue to inspect your facility on a monthly basis to track your progress in correcting the above violation. A reinspection may also be conducted by the Board after 90 days of receipt of this letter. If, at that time, the facility is still in violation of the above standard, the facility will be scheduled for inclusion in the Inventory. If you receive notice that your facility is to be included in the Inventory you may either: Ll 0 1.
