E <br />WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br />CITY OF STOCKTON <br />FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL <br />LIMITED CLASS III LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Chapter 15. <br />E <br />3) By 31 March 1993 submit a technical report establishing an <br />evaluation monitoring program, per § 2557, Article 5, Chapter <br />15, which is designed to verfy that water quality -protection <br />standards have been exceeded and to determine the horizontal <br />and vertical extent of the potential release of contaminants <br />from the waste management unit. <br />17. The Discharger shall comply with all applicable provisions of <br />Chapter 15 that are not specifically referred to in this order. <br />18. The Board will review this Order periodically and will revise <br />these requirements when necessary. <br />I, WILLIAM H.
