CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br />CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br />MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 92 - <br />FOR <br />THE CITY OF STOCKTON <br />FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL <br />LIMITED CLASS III LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />In reporting the monitoring data required by this program, the The <br />City of Stockton (Discharger) shall arrange the data in tabular form <br />so that the date, the constituents, the concentrations, and the <br />units are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such <br />a manner so as to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste <br />discharge requirements or the lack thereof. A short discussion of <br />the monitoring results, including notations of any water quality <br />violations shall precede the tabular summaries. The Discharger is <br />encouraged to submit a copy of its monitoring data in a computer <br />compatible format with the intent that storage of paper monitoring <br />reports at the Regional Board and the Discharger's offices may be <br />reduced in the future. <br />Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the <br />15th day of the month following the calendar quarter in which the <br />samples were taken. <br />The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at <br />the locations specified herein shall be reported to the Board. <br />A semi-annual report shall be submitted to the Board by 15 September <br />and 15 April which contains both tabular and graphical summaries of <br />the monitoring data obtained during the previous six months. The <br />report shall include a discussion of the progress toward <br />reestablishment of compliance with waste discharge requirements and <br />water quality protection standard. <br />• :r• -r•r • r%TZV(MP*T*)3TM <br />The Discharger shall monitor all wastes discharged to the limited Class <br />III landfill unit on a monthly basis and report to the Board as follows: <br />Parameter <br />Quantity discharged <br />Type of material discharged <br />Source(s) of material discharged <br />Minimum elevation of discharge <br />Summary of Load Checking Program <br />Units Frequency <br />Cubic yards Quarterly <br />Quarterly <br />Quarterly <br />feet, M.S.L.
