This information shall be displayed on a water table <br />contour map and/or ground water flow net for the site and <br />submitted with the quarterly monitoring reports. <br />The Discharger shall determine at each sampling whether there <br />is a statistically significant increase over water quality <br />protection standards for each parameter and constituent <br />analyzed. <br />The significance of increases in indicator parameters and waste <br />constituents over water quality protection standards shall be <br />established through the use of the a Board approved procedure. <br />The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on <br />the effective date of this Order. <br />Ordered by <br />WILLIAM H.
