These monies are being held in this <br />fund to preserve their integrity and inviolacy. I will perform my <br />duties and responsibilities in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of Title 14, of the California Code of Regulations, <br />Division 7, chapter 5, Article 3.5. <br />This letter shall serve as verification that the Finance Department <br />of the City of Stockton has established this fund in accordance <br />with the resolution referenced above.
