Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />ATTN: Steve Sasson, REHS <br />RECEIVE <br />SEP 0 2 1992 <br />€NVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERMiflSEaviUM <br />SUBJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF POLLUTION CONTROL SEDIMENTATION POND AT <br />FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL. <br />The City of Stockton is proposing to construct a sedimentation pond <br />on the south side of the French Camp landfill between the scale <br />house and the future Downing Avenue crossing. <br />The purpose of the sedimentation pond is to provide a holding area <br />for storm water run-off from the landfill area and also a source <br />for the various test required under the National Pollution <br />Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. <br />The proposed sedimentation pond area is not scheduled to be filled <br />and does not contain any buried waste material.
