' M w <br />The daily "greenwaste" brought in by City vehicles and self -haulers <br />(gardeners and maintenance contractors) will be spread using heavy <br />equipment into approximate 2' layers. Wastes will be compacted by <br />passing over it approximately 3 to 5 times.
