San Joaquin Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> VIOLATION OF SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT NUMBER 39-AA-0002 <br /> Exceeding the authorized daily tonnage of 100 tons (California <br /> Public Resources Code Section 44004 (x) . <br /> SPECIFIED ACTION: <br /> An order is hereby issued to revise the Solid Waste Facilities <br /> Permit to accommodate the current and future expected changes at <br /> the Landfill. A CEQA review is also necessary to address all the <br /> environmental concerns regarding the Landfill. <br /> The time table below is ordered to make certain the CEQA review <br /> process is completed in a timely manner: <br /> ACTIVITY DUE DATE <br /> CEQA Initial Study Completed <br /> Completed Notice of Determination July 1, 1991 <br /> Completed Revised Permit Application July 15, 1991 <br /> The Landfill may receive an average of 150 tons per day with daily <br /> peak loadings of up to 330 tons per day until the revised facility <br /> permit has been approved. <br /> I declare under penalty of law that to the best of my knowledge and <br /> belief the statements made herein are correct and true.
