1 <br /> CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 92-225 <br /> FOR <br /> THE CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL <br /> LIMITED CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reportinthe monitoring data required by this program, the City of Stockton <br /> (Discharger�j shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the <br /> constituents, the concentrations, and the units are readily discernible. The <br /> data shall be summarized in such a manner so as to illustrate clearly the <br /> compliance with waste discharge requirements or the lack thereof. A short <br /> discussion of the monitoring results, including notations of any water quality <br /> violations shall precede the tabular summaries. The Discharger is encouraged to <br /> submit a copy of its monitoring data in a computer compatible format with the <br /> intent that storage of paper monitoring reports at the Regional Board and the <br /> Discharger°s offices may be reduced in the future. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of <br /> the month following the calendar quarter in which the samples were taken. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified herein shall be reported to the Board. <br /> A semi-annual report shall be submitted to the Board by 15 September and 15 April <br /> which contains both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data <br /> obtained during the previous six months. The report shall include a discussion <br /> of the progress toward reestablishment of compliance with waste discharge <br /> requirements and water quality protection standard. <br /> NONHAZARDOUS SOLID WASTE MONITORING <br /> The Discharger shall monitor all wastes discharged to the limited Class III <br /> landfill unit on a monthly basis and report to the Board as follows: <br /> Parameter Units Frequency <br /> Quantity discharged Cubic yards Quarterly <br /> Type of material discharged Quarterly <br /> Source(s) of material discharged Quarterly <br /> Minimum elevation of discharge feet, M.S.L. Quarterly <br /> Summary of Load Checking Program Annually <br />
