III.A.9. Representative Cross Five representative landfill cross sections are shown ort Appendix B, Sections Drawing P5. These sections show the existing landfill, the CEP Dwg. P5 vertical and horizontal expansion phases, and the final landfill grade. Sections A, B, C, and D are cut north-south through a leachate collection trench and sump for Phases I, II, III, and IV respectively. Section F is cut east-west through Phases I, II, III, and IV showing the drainage slope to the leachate collection trenches, the top of the landfill is shown as a projection beyond the section cut. Sections show specific design elements of the liner, leachate collection system, cover system, surface water system are discussed in Section 1- below. III.A.10.
