V.13.3. Supervision <br />14 CCR 17673 <br />Site has a operation manager and a crew supervisor. The <br />supervisor's responsibilities are as follows: <br />a) Supervise and train assigned staff. <br />b) Review all daily equipment inspection reports as filed by <br />Operations Supervisor on a weekly basis. <br />c) Responsible for overall site appearance, site grading plan, <br />drainage, litter clean-up, road signs, fencing, etc. <br />d) Responsible for communication with operators. <br />e) Conduct regular site inspections. <br />f) Direct all incident investigations and complete associated <br />paperwork. <br />g) Prepare employee performance appraisals. <br />h) Conduct operator training and testing programs. <br />i) Conduct new employee interviews and site orientation. <br />j) Conduct monthly safety meetings and enforce safety <br />practices. <br />V.13.4.
