The enclosed Monitoring Report Compliance Checklists summarizes our <br /> comments on the report. The report is complete. <br /> The facility,is out of compliance due to low-level VOC impacts to groundwater detected in <br /> MW-9A and —913. These VOC detections were likely caused by the recent installation of a soil <br /> cover at this landfill.
