The report documents construction of a soil cover with quality <br /> assurance activities and testing to close the French Camp Landfill. <br /> Vector Engineering conducted the CQA observations and testing during closure construction <br /> of the landfill cover. Vector states "the Closure of the French Camp Landfill has been <br /> constructed and completed in general accordance with the project plans and specifications". <br /> Based on the CQA report, supporting test results and design documents, staff concurs that <br /> closure construction of the French Camp Landfill is complete. <br /> Revised Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for post-closure maintenance will be <br /> prepared for adoption in early 2007. Staff has received from the Discharger proposed <br /> changes to the monitoring program and for a soil gas field screening protocol. In addition <br /> Forward Inc. should review the existing WDRs to determine if any findings need to be revised <br /> or new findings incorporated. The above should be summarized in a revised Report of Waste <br /> Discharge and submitted by 19 January 2007.
