V -MM —CweO BFGVL1fMNa.B GCM) <br />IX 114o Violations or Areas of Concern I <br />(inspection Report Comments: --- ---- —1 <br />Fourth Quarter 2017 Inspection: <br />Also present, Lily Tieu of CalRecycle. <br />The main entrance gate was unlocked by Ruben Ramirez from Republic Services <br />Drove entire site with Mr. Ramirez. <br />There were several small holes in the fence along the east perimeter of the site. There was evidence of homeless activity <br />on the site, including up to six small homeless camps. Mr. Ramirez explained that the Stockton City Police had become <br />involved and that they were in the process of relocating the homeless encampments. On 1/18/2018, CalRecycle received <br />correspondence from Mr. Ramirez indicating that the first group of homeless camps had been removed from the <br />property. <br />On 1/19/2018, CalRecycle received photographs showing that the last of the homeless camps had been removed from <br />the site. <br />Fill surfaces were in good condition. No ponding, erosion, or undulations issues noted during the inspection. <br />I <br />Third and Fourth Quarter 2017 LFG Probe Monitoring Reports for the site have been received from SCS Consultants on <br />10110/2017 and 12/27/2017 respectively. Results showed the methane gas levels in the monitoring wells were within <br />regulatory limit of 5.0%. Reported methane gas levels were at or below 0.1 %, <br />Correspondence from Mr. Ramirez indicated that he would inspect the site once a week. The operator shall continue to <br />monitor the site for any possible future homeless activity, and/or site security issues.
