kn KLEINFELDER <br /> 3 PROJECT ORGANIZATION <br /> 3.1 ORGANIZATION CHART <br /> The CQA project Organization Chart is shown on Figure 3-1. In addition to showing who <br /> will be serving as CQA monitors, it shows the organization of the construction and design <br /> engineering personnel for the project. <br /> 3.2 OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Following is an outline of responsibilities for the CQA program. The responsibilities are <br /> set forth as to the functions carried out by the designated title. One individual may cover <br /> the functions of more than one title. <br /> 3.2.1 Project Administrator <br /> The Project Administrator has overall responsibility for the project. The Project <br /> Administrator will be Tom Horton, Solid Waste Manager for the SJDPW, Solid waste <br /> Division. As such, he will be consulted by involved parties on all matters of principle and <br /> policy, and he will approve any design modifications or regulatory conferences for the <br /> project. <br /> 3.2.2 Project Manager <br /> The Project Manager is responsible for confirming that the intent of the design is met. The <br /> EProject Manager will be responsible for the implementation of any design changes that are <br /> 1-7 required as a result of the observation of actual field conditions. Mr. Gabriel Karam P.E., <br /> L SJDPW, will serve as the Project Manager.
