Inspection Upon Completion <br /> The local enforcement agency, the local public health entity, and <br /> the Board shall be notified by the operator no more than ten (10) <br /> days after the last shipment of waste has been received at a <br /> disposal facility or a discrete unit subject to partial closure as <br /> described in Section 17764 of this Article. This notification <br /> shall occur prior to the commencement of closure activities. The <br /> local enforcement agency shall inspect the site within ten (10) <br /> working days of notification to determine that the requirements of <br /> Section 17767 , within this Article, have been met.
