Participated with the University of California, Davis, in an <br /> erosion study of Teton Dam soils subsequent to failure. Also participated in an extensive <br /> research project for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers dealing with river bank erosion. <br /> 1974 -Present Regional Manager, Kleinfelder, Inc., Stockton, California <br /> Provides technical and administrative management of regional office <br /> operations. Has experience as Staff Engineer and subsequently Project <br /> Engineer and Senior Engineer for the Stockton office. <br /> Experience includes extensive land development projects involving 1,000 <br /> to 7,000 acres. Experience with large buildings includes the Stockton <br /> Hilton, American Plaza., Red Lion Inn and University of Pacific Events <br /> Center. Responsibilities on these projects involved supervision of the <br /> field and laboratory work, engineering analyses, and preparation of <br /> reports. Seismic response studies have comprised several high-rise <br /> structures in California and Nevada, and storage tanks at the Port of <br /> Stockton and Livermore, California. Stability studies for dams up to 100 <br /> feet in height and numerous Delta levees have also been conducted. <br /> Mr. Heinen's experiences in Saudi Arabia included field engineer <br /> responsibilities for the Qasim project, a seven square mile desert military <br /> base, guest villas for the King of Saudi Arabia and improvements to the <br /> Naval Base at Jubail. <br /> G10134 (6/90) 1 <br />
