At Kleinfelder he is involved in design and permitting <br /> activities for solid waste projects including projects involving the disposal of unusual wastes <br /> requiring special design and regulatory permitting. Before moving to Kleinfelder, Mr. Crandall <br /> was an engineer at the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. In that capacity, <br /> he was responsible for writing and monitoring waste discharge requirements and the review of <br /> design and construction plans for landfills and surface impoundments. <br /> 1988 - Present Project Engineer, Kleinfelder, Inc. <br /> Responsible for design and permitting activities for solid waste projects <br /> including projects involving the disposal of unusual wastes requiring <br /> special design and regulatory permitting. <br /> 1986 - 1988 Civil Engineer, Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Sacramento, California <br /> Worked primarily with landfills, implementing Subchapter 15 <br /> requirements and reviewing SWATS and reports of waste discharge.
