Datum) <br /> SURFACE WATER MONITORING <br /> The surface water quality shall be monitored at two points, whose locations are <br /> shown in Attachment A: (1) in South Paddy Creek above the detention basin inlet, <br /> and ( ) at the point of discharge into South Paddy Creek from the detention <br /> basin. Turbidity, settleable solids, pH, and EC shall be monitored and reported <br /> annually after the first runoff-producing rainfall of the precipitation season. <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> The Discharger has established a ground water monitoring program and is in the <br /> "detection" monitoring mode. All wells that are part of the ground water moni- <br /> toring program shall be sampled for the parameters and at the frequency shown in <br /> Table I. After one year of sampling, background values for these indicator <br /> parameters will be used by the Board to establish water quality protection <br /> standards for this facility. Monitor well locations are shown on Attachment "B", <br /> incorporated °herein. <br /> If a statistically significant increase (as defined by Subchapter 15) in the <br /> indicator parameters is measured by the ground water monitoring program at any of <br /> the compliance points, the Discharger shall notify the Board or acknowledge the <br /> Board's findings in writing within seven (7) days. <br />
