Verify that the foundation layer for the primary and secondary landfills meets the required <br /> standard for relative compaction of 90%. <br /> 2. Remove SP/SM material so that appropriate depth of liner material can be placed for final <br /> cover. The entire test pad should be removed so that the final cap can be constructed in a <br /> continuous manner. <br /> 3. Provide a copy of the compaction curves. The compaction curves were not submitted with <br /> the report. <br /> 4. Submit documentation which demonstrates that there is enough ML material available onsite <br /> to construct the final cover. If the County determines that there is not enough ML material, <br /> the County must provide an alternate material. This material must be tested and any <br /> associated costs must be reflected in a revised closure plan. <br /> 5. Construct another test pad using the same methods and materials that the County will use in <br /> the final cap or conduct field permeability tests on the final cap after it is completed.
