We expect to be finished with the actual fill today (Tues).
To promote vegetation, I have asked them to put an inch or two of grassy soil on the finished grade. This soil
would be scraped from some area where the grass is established, thus putting seeds, organic material, fertile
soil (a little) on the new surface. Our contractor thinks this will work fine and will look OK, but the surface won't
look as pool -table smooth after the grassy soil goes on.
We'll take pictures, before and after, and put it in our groundwater report.
Thought you might be interested.
Regards,
Mike Carroll
W.
