The <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board has required installation of this new well as a background <br /> monitoring well. <br /> MW-6 will be installed concurrently with the previously approved new groundwater monitoring <br /> well, MW-5. Installation of both new groundwater monitoring wells will be in accordance with <br /> the work plan and well design approved by your department on December 8, 2009. <br /> We have tentatively scheduled the installation of the wells from April 20, to April 27, 2010. Our <br /> Division will notify your department if the well installation schedule changes. Well inspections <br /> will be scheduled in accordance with the work plan. <br /> Please charge MW-6's permit and inspection fees to the service request number: 0058823.
