WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. R5-2009-0049 -27- <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> HARNEY LANE LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> t <br /> Report required to be submitted to the Executive Officer under Section G.2 of <br /> MRP No. R5-2009-0049. <br /> 8. The Discharger shall take all reasonable steps to minimize an adverse impact to <br /> 9 p y p <br /> the waters of the State resulting from noncompliance with this Order. Such steps <br /> shall include accelerated or additional monitoring as necessary to determine the <br /> nature, extent, and impact of the noncompliance. <br /> 9. The fact that it would have been necessary to halt or reduce the permitted activity <br /> in order to maintain compliance with this Order shall not be regarded as a <br /> defense for the Discharger's violations of the Order. <br /> 10. The Discharger.shall also notify the Regional Water Board of any proposed land <br /> use or closure plan changes. This notification shall be given 90 days prior to the <br /> effective date of the change and shall be accompanied by an amended Report of <br /> Waste Discharge and any technical documents that are needed to demonstrate <br /> continued compliance with these waste discharge requirements. <br /> 11. The Regional Water Board will review this Order periodically and will revise these <br /> requirements when necessary. <br /> I, PAMELA C.
