The permit review consists of an appraisal and/or a <br /> report containing the following elements : <br /> 1 . Report of Facility Information <br /> 2 . Periodic Site Review (Landfills only) <br /> 3 . 5 year permit review report <br /> 4 . Draft permit report <br /> 5 . Proposed final permit <br /> The review of each element is time-consuming and an expense to <br /> the department.
