H. <br />Kleinfelder and Associates has been reviewed and is approved provided the <br />following <br />comments and recommendations are incorporated in your SWAT report: <br />1. <br />Item 3.1.A & B: "Site Name" and "Owner and Operator" - All names, addresses <br />and phone numbers of current and past owners should be included as well as <br />past site names. <br />2. <br />Item 3.1.C: "Site Location" - Needs to include the County of San Joaquin's <br />assessor's parcel numbers for the site and all contiguous parcels as well. <br />3. <br />Item 4.2.D: "Private Use" - In describing the past private disposal prac- <br />tices, all applicable County and Regulatory agency permit numbers should be <br />included and if known how many years under each did disposal occur. <br />4. <br />Item 3.1.E: "Enforcement Orders - Civil Liability Complaints" - Delete the <br />first sentence since no waste discharge requirements were ever issued. <br />5. <br />Item 3.1.F: "Closure" - Permeabilities and thicknesses of the interim <br />(existing)coverare to be described. <br />6. <br />Item 3.1.G: "Certification" A copy of Mr. Harris' resume verifying five <br />years of experience in ground water hydrology shall accompany the SWAT <br />report, along with the certification statements required by the California <br />Water Code 13273(b). <br />7. <br />Item 3.3.1: "Ground Water Characterization" - At least one downgradient <br />monitoring well will be constructed. The preference would be Monitoring <br />Well 6 directly to the north for construction. Also, as part of the charac- <br />terization, quarterly analysis for PCBs should be performed utilizing EPA <br />Method 608. 1 <br />
