Current land use within one (1) mile of the perimeter of the <br />facility including: <br />a. Types of land use (i.e., residential, commercial, <br />industrial, agricultural, recreational, etc.); <br />b. Types of crops; <br />C. Types of livestock; and <br />d. Number and location of dwelling units. <br />5. Current and estimated future use of ground water within one (1) <br />mile of the perimeter of the facility. <br />A. Detailed plans, specifications, and descriptions for all containment <br />structures, leachate collection and removal system components, leak <br />detection system components, precipitation and drainage -control <br />facilities, and interim covers which will be used at the facility. <br />B. Detailed plans and equipment specifications for a ground water and <br />unsaturated zone monitoring system. A technical report which includes <br />rationale for the spatial distribution of ground water and unsaturated <br />zone monitoring facilities, for the design of monitoring wells, and <br />for the selection of other monitoring equipment should be included. <br />This report should be accompanied by: <br />1. A map showing the locations of proposed monitoring facilities; <br />and <br />2. Drawings and data showing construction details of proposed <br />monitoring facilities. These data shall include: <br />a. Casing and test hole diameter; <br />b. Casing materials (PVC, stainless steel, etc.); <br />C. Depth of each test hole; <br />I <br />d. Size and position of perforations; <br />e. Method of joining sections of casing; <br />
