El Dorado, i <br />r • 95202 <br />RE: PRE -WINTER PREPARATION FOR CALIFORNIA CLAY LANDFILL <br />PERMIT # 39 -AA -010 <br />SERVING <br />City of Tracy <br />City of Ripon <br />City of Escalon <br />City of Lodi <br />City of Manteca <br />City of Stockton <br />San Joaquin County <br />San Joaquin County <br />San Joaquin County <br />Pursuant to Part II, A-4 of Solid Waste Facility Permit 39 -AA -010 <br />the San Joaquin Local Health District requires that each operator <br />submit information showing plans for winterizing landfill sites to <br />insure adequate preparation for the forthcoming inclement weather <br />conditions. In order to review each operator's winter preparation <br />plans, the following information on a scaled drawing not less than <br />1" = 100' shall be submitted for evaluation: <br />1. Locate the disposal site area in square feet that will <br />be used for your winter operation. <br />2. Locate all roads and unloading pads to the winter site <br />and the type of materials that will be used for the <br />road and pad construction. <br />3. Locate the clean fill cover material storage area and <br />indicate the anticipated amount of fill material needed <br />to meet the cover requirements from September 30 through <br />April 30. <br />4. Locate the reserve road material storage area and the <br />anticipated amount of road material needed for reserve <br />from September 30 through April 30. <br />5, Confirm in writing that items 1-4 will be completed by <br />September 30, 1978. <br />The above information shall be provided to the San Joaquin Local Health <br />District for review before August 10, 1978. <br />If you have any question or need any assistance in completing the <br />above information, please call Ron Valinoti at 466-6781, ext. 50. <br />JACK J.
