A uture incoming refuse shall be spread in compacted cells not to <br />exceed a depth of approximately two (2) feet before compaction. All <br />incoming refuse shall be covered with 2 inches of clean cover material <br />a minimum of every 48 hours. <br />4. Immediately cease all scavenging at the site. <br />S. All litter and loose materials shall be routinely collected and disposed <br />of properly. <br />6. Subsurface records shall be maintained on the length and depth of any <br />future cuts made in the natural terrain where fill will be placed. <br />7. Adequate fire control measures shall be maintained at the site at all <br />times. <br />1 Provisions: <br />1. The Mo lowing provisions must be met: <br />a. Incoming records of weights and volumes to within 10% accuracy shall <br />be instituted by the site operator by October 1, 1979. <br />• location •:all accurate records <br />shall be provided to the San Joaquin Local Health District by October <br />c. Identification signs shall be provided at each point of access to the <br />disposal site indicating the name and address of the site operator b.; <br />January 1, 1980. <br />f. Adequate barriers around the pit area shall be provided by the operatrr <br />by January 1, 1980. <br />®. Internal roads shall be maintained in s safe condition or maintained <br />such that vehicle access and unloading can proceed safety during in- <br />clement weather conditions by January 1, 1980. <br />h. The unloading area shall be confined to a small enough area at the site <br />to provide adequate control of all wind blown materials by January 1, <br />1980. <br />
