The RWD will include: an
analysis of the appropriate designated levels for waste
constituents, given the characteristics of the site; a verification
groundwater monitoring proposal; an analysis of the need, and
feasible alternatives, for corrective action regarding the existing
waste in contact with groundwater; and a conceptual outline of
expected closure activities. The conceptual outline will not
include detailed closure and post -closure maintenance plans.
Instead, detailed closure and post -closure maintenance plans will
be submitted in the future, as the facility reaches capacity, as we
discussed during our telephone conversation.
