Decontamination of all field equipment shall be conducted following proper <br />procedures (Standard Operating Procedure - Decontamination of Field Equipment - <br />SOP -3). <br />28. All soil cuttings, water, decontamination rinsate, and other potentially hazardous <br />waste should be properly contained in DOT -approved or equivalent 55 -gallon drums, <br />sealed, and labeled pending receipt of laboratory analyses. Labeling should consist of <br />drum contents (soil or groundwater), date, and well number. Do not mark the drums <br />as hazardous. NEVER SIGN A HAZARDOUS WASTE MANIFEST. <br />29. Well development shall be conducted following appropriate methods as specified in <br />Standard Operating Procedure - Monitoring Well Development - SOP -6. <br />30. A "Monitoring Well Installation Report" data sheet (attached) should be completed <br />and made a part of the permanent well file.
