San Joaquin Street
Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
® Cove Contractors Landfill
San Joaquin County, California
11
I am writing this letter to provide you with an update on the status of the Closure Plan for Cove
Contractors Landfill and to thank you again for the time extension you granted us giving us time
to cope with the damage to our computer and communications equipment that was caused by a
lightening strike at our Sacramento Office approximately four weeks ago. We expect to r"ve
the last shipment of replacement computers this week and when they are installed, we will have
finally recovered from the strike. I am told that the cost for replacing burnt out equipment is
expected to be approximately $50,000 to $70,000.
EIMEOFELDER, INC.
Tunoth A. Crandall, P.E.
Proj Engineer
