RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />From the information presented by cove in the Periodic Site <br />Review Report, RDSI and the SWAT, Board staff conclude that this <br />site constitutes a possible hazard, has created a nuisance and in <br />its current state is producing pollution. The LEA should require <br />submittal of a technical report that completely and accurately <br />characterizes how the current site is impacting ground water <br />quality, surface water quality and whether a landfill gas <br />migration problem exists. <br />2 <br />
