EI Dorado Ave., Stockton has been <br />reviewed by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Division of Environmental <br />Health (EHD) in accordance with California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 5, <br />Article 3, Section 18213. <br />The EHD has reviewed and evaluated the following documents: <br />1. Report of Waste Discharge dated December, 1990. <br />2. Periodic Site Review dated December, 1990. <br />3. Report of Disposal Site Information dated December, 1990. <br />4. Solid Waste Assessment Tests (SWAT) dated September, 1988. <br />5. Solid Waste Facilities Permit #39 -AA -0010 dated November 16, 1979. <br />6. Interim Drainage Plan dated April 28, 1993. <br />Upon review of the above documents and on-site inspection at the facility dated June <br />30, 1993, it is the determination of the LEA that there is a significant change in the <br />current design and operation of the solid waste facility. <br />It is further determined that these significant changes of the existing permit will <br />require a permit revision and a CEQA review. <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 10 <br />
