Cove Contractors 3242 S. El Dorado Street Stockton <br />RWD December 19, 1990 Section 3.2 Location of the waste management unit with <br />respect to the 100 year flood plain FEMA flood insurance rate map panel number <br />0603020035 D dated February 4, 1988 shows that the Cove Contractors site is <br />located in Zone X where the area is protected frpm the 100 year flood by levees. <br />150, <br />1) Untreated ASW <br />There is approximately 264,000 cubic yards of ASW and inert waste. The <br />ASW that is present is untreated. There is some evidence that the existing ASW <br />is degrading the groundwater beneath the site. <br />2) Ground water and surface water contamination <br />March 6, 1992 Two grab samples of ponded water located above areas of <br />exposed ASW were taken by the RWQCB and Kleinfelder. Both RWQCB and <br />Kleinfelder found no detectable purgeable halocarbon or aromatic organic <br />chemicals.
