The <br />ASW that is present is untreated. There is some evidence that the existing ASW <br />is degrading the groundwater beneath the site. <br />2) Ground water and surface water contamination <br />March 6, 1992 Two grab samples of ponded water located above areas of <br />exposed ASW were taken by the RWQCB and Kleinfelder. Both RWQCB and <br />Kleinfelder found no detectable purgeable halocarbon or aromatic organic <br />chemicals.
