All changes in storm <br />water management shall be in the form of an amendment to the RDSI. <br />EHD requests that these amendments to the RDSI be submitted to us with enough <br />lead time to evaluate these items prior to the meeting to be held in April. This meeting <br />is anticipated to enable all the agencies and yourself to reach a consensus on what <br />operating conditions are necessary to insure that this site will comply with existing <br />environmental rules and regulations. <br />The policy of EHD in performing any activities ancillary to the quarterly inspections <br />required of a closed landfill is to assess a $78.00 per hour fee.
