® 0 <br /> California Proposition 65(CA Health &Safety Code Section 25249.5): <br /> Diesel exhaust particulate: (following combustion) Benzene: <0.05%and <br /> Toluene<0.05% <br /> New Jersey Right-to-Know Label Diesel Fuel <br /> Additional Regulatory Remarks As minimum requirements, WPC recommends that the <br /> following advisory information be displayed on equipment used to dispense <br /> gasoline in motor vehicles. Additional warnings specified by various regulatory <br /> authorities may be required: DANGER: Extremely Flammable. Use as a Motor <br /> Fuel Only. No Smoking. Stop Engine. Turn off All Electronic Equipment <br /> Including Cellular Phones. Do Not Overfill Tank. Do Not Fill Containers that <br /> have Previously Contained Gasoline or Other Flammable Liquids. Keep Away <br /> from Heat&Flames. Do Not Leave Nozzle Unattended During Fueling. Static <br /> Sparks can cause a fire, especially when filling portable containers. Containers <br /> must be metal or other material approved for storing diesel fuel. Place container <br /> on ground, do not fill any portable container in or on a vehicle. Keep nozzle <br /> spout in contact with the container during the entire filling operation. Harmful or <br /> Fatal if Swallowed. If swallowed do not induce vomiting. Call physician <br /> immediately. Keep Out of Reach of Children. Long-Exposure Has Caused <br /> Cancer in Laboratory Animals. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors. Keep face <br /> away from nozzle and gas tank.
