AkTHCON "] <br /> A. General Information <br /> On behalf of Cove Contractors, Inc., EarthCon Consultants CA, Inc. (EarthCon)has prepared this <br /> Monitoring Well Abandonment Workplan for the facility located at 3242 South EI Dorado Street in <br /> Stockton, California(Site- Figure 1). As shown on Figure 2, the Union Pacific Railway bounds the <br /> southeastern length of the site;the Union Pacific Railroad also bounds the western edge of the Site; <br /> a metal recycling yard, Universal Service Recycling, bounds the Site to the north; and Duck Creek, <br /> which flows west and empties into Walker Slough at EI Dorado Street, bounds the Site to the south. <br /> According to the County Assessor records, the Site property (APN 177-02-29) comprises 8.69 <br /> acres. <br /> Upon approval by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), EarthCon <br /> will obtain the necessary permits for monitoring well abandonment from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> A.1 Monitoring Well Network <br /> The following table includes the monitoring points identified in the WDR: <br /> Well <br /> MW-2A <br /> MW-3A <br /> MW-4 (Removed) <br /> MW-5 (Removed) <br /> MW-6 (Removed) <br /> MW-7 <br /> MW-8 (Removed) <br /> MW-9A <br /> MW-10 (Removed) <br /> Monitoring wells MW-10A and MW-11 were added to the network as off-Site upgradient wells. <br /> Subsequently,wells MW-12, MW-13, MWRR-1, MWRR-2, and MWRR-3 were added to the network <br /> representing down-gradient wells. <br /> MW Abandonment Workplan MW-7 Stockton,Ca <br /> Cove Contractors,Inc. 1 Project No.04.20090407.00 <br />
