STANDARDIZED COMPOSTING PERMIT <br /> 13. Legal Description of Facility: (description may he attached) <br /> SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH, RANGE 7 EAST <br /> 14. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management <br /> Board pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 44010. <br /> b. An environmental determination G.s., Notice of Determination), has been filed with the State <br /> Clearing House (0 for all facilities that are not exempt from CEQA and documents pursuant to <br /> Public Resources Code Section 21081.6. <br /> C. The following authorized agent, City of Manteca Development Services has made the <br /> determination that the facility is consistent with the applicable general plan, as required by <br /> Public Resources Code, Section 50000.5(x). <br /> d. The design of the proposed facility or the design and operation an existing facility, as <br /> appropriate, is in compliance with State Minimum Standards for Composting Operations <br /> Regulatory Requirements, Title 14, Division 7, Chapter 3.1 (commencing with Section 17850) of <br /> the California Code of Regulations. <br /> f. Public Resources Code Section 44009 has been complied with. <br /> 15. In addition to this permit, the facility may have one or more of the following permits or restrictions on its <br /> operations.
