The proposed project will not result in any changes in <br /> absorption rates , drainage patterns or the rate or amount of <br /> surface runoff. <br /> 4. Plant Life <br /> a . No change in diversity or number of plant species associated <br /> with the proposed project. <br /> b , c. No known rare or endangered species of plants located on <br /> project site. Negligible or no adverse effect from any new <br /> species of plants introduced by the proposed project. <br /> d.
