PRC 44002-The operation of a solid waste facility by any person,except as authorized pursuant to a solid waste facilities permit issued by the EA,is prohibited. PRC 44004-No significant change in design or operation except in conformance with approved solid waste facilities permit(SWFP). Application filed with LEA for modificaWns in design or operation of facility at least 150 days in advance of date proposed modification to take place. PRC 44014(b)-The permit shall contain all terms and conditicons which the EA determines to be appropriate for the operation of the solid waste facility.
