Box 388
Stockton, CA 95201-0388
RE: RCSI
Dear Mr. Mindt:
On September 15, 1998 Central Valley Waste Services began a pilot program, where we currently
are not actively composting on our site. This pilot program consists of transferring all organic materials to an
alternate Waste Management location for processing. Central Valley Waste Services will continue to keep all
permits current, and will comply with all regulations set fourth in this RCSI. We will periodically be grinding
green waste materials, when necessary to meet volume requirement. At some time in the future we will begin
composting at this site. At that time we will notify the LEA in writing. At all times we will comply with all
requirements contained in the Chipping and Grinding, and/or Composting Regulations which apply to the
particular operation in effect at that time.
Sincerely,
Paul Faias
Plant Manager
PDF
