Daily hours of operation in conjunction with hourly HP or Btu rating <br /> may be maintained in lieu of fuel records. _ <br /> 9. The operator of rental equipment shall fulfill all record keeping requirements specified on this <br /> Registration and furnish these to the owner of the equipment upon termination of the rental agreement. <br /> 10. The owner of rental equipment shall provide the operator with a copy of all a plicable requirements, <br /> including record keeping and notification, as part of the rental agreement anmaintainwritten <br /> acknowledgement of receipt for at least 2 years. <br /> 11. The owner of the rental equipment must compile the records provided by the operators and submit them to <br /> the District within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter. <br /> 12. If this unit remains in a Participating District for more than 24 hours, the operator shall notify that <br /> District within 2 calendar days of the nature and estimated duration of operations, and the name and <br /> phone number of a contact person. <br /> 13. Except for emergency operations, this unit shall not be operated within 1,000 feet of any K-12 school, <br /> unless the public and student notification requirements of the CH&SC Section 42301.6 have been <br /> satisfied. <br /> 14. No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance. <br /> 15. No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period or periods aggregating more <br /> than 3 minutes in any one hour which is as dark or darker than Ringlemann 1 or equivalent to 20% <br /> opacity. <br /> 16. Particulate matter emission concentration shall not exceed 0.10 grains per standard dry cubic foot. <br />
