This facility is specifically identified in both of
the Nondisposal Facility Elements for the City of Lodi and the County of San
Joaquin for its unincorporated areas. Both ofthese Elements were
incorporated into the approved County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan.
In accordance with Section S0001-(a) (2), the proposed facility is consistent
with approved local Nandisposal Facility Elements and the County-wide
Integrated Waste Management Plan.
Any questions concerning this determination should be directed to Tom Horton,
San Joaquin County Integrated waste Manager, at (209)468-3066.
Sincerely,
TOM HORTON
San Joaquin County Integrated
Waste Manager
TH..vj
3:N \I TFlcal a5ts.
cs.
