'Windrows and agitated bays shall be monitored 12 to 24 <br /> inches below the pile surface.:Aerated static piles shall be monitored 12 to 18;inches from the point where the insulation cover meets the active compost.- <br /> -Feedstock is considered clean green material if the following are met;(a�feedstock undergoes load checking tc?enure physical contaminants am no greater than <br /> 0.5 percent of total weight.including visual observation of incoming waste loads and load sorting to quantify the percentage of contaminants.load sorting shall be <br /> performed on a minimum of one percent of daily incoming material volume and number of vehicle-loads,or at least o truck per day,whichever is greaten;(b)the metal <br /> concentration limits of Section 17868.2 are not exceeded:Ld facility personnel are adequately trained to perform these activities,(d)agricultural material composting, <br /> operations obtain records demonstrating compliance with this Section.
