Carter <br /> Road, Farmington. <br /> The Environmental Health Division has received your notification of agriculture material <br /> composting operation. The Notification package needs to be accompanied by a fee for <br /> review (service request form provided). The fee for review is $156.00. After the <br /> Notification package has been reviewed and accepted. The facility will be required to <br /> obtain a permit from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (the LEA). The <br /> facility will be inspected once every three months in accordance with Title 14 CCR, <br /> Division 7, Chapter 3.1, Article 2, Section 17856 (1). The fee for review needs to be <br /> submitted within 30 days.
