I already informed CalRecycle (state agency) that you
wanted to cancel your composting permit. There is nothing else you need to do. Also, like you said, if you want to
reactivate the permit, contact me.
Ben Escotto, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. We are looking
for ways to reduce our operating costs as the cost of doing business has become almost out of reach. Since we
have not been composting at this facility, we will not be submitting an updated Notification Form or OIMP as it
won't be necessary. If things are to change in the future and we decide that it makes sense to resume
composting at this ranch, I will be in touch with you to submit the required documents.
Thanks for all your help and attention to our compliance. I will be in touch if we need to reactivate this
facility.
Best Regards,
Tim Nilsen
PO Box 335
Wilton, CA 95693
(916) 687.7548
(916) 687.7607 f
tim o,nilsenfarms.com
On Tue, Jun 3, 2014 at 10:53 AM, Benjamin Escotto [EH] <bescotto(*cehd.com> wrote:
Hello Tim,
