March 15, 2005
San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Attn: Robert McClellan
304 East Weber, 3rd Floor
Stockton, CA 95202-2708
RE: Permit # PT0011384
Dear Mr. McClellan:
40
PO Box 335
Wilton, CA 95693
(916)687-7548
(916) 687-7607 fax
r,--
IEIUIYED
2005
ENVIRONMENT HEALTH
PERMIT/SERVICES
I wish to inform you that we have discontinued composting at our Liberty Road facility for the referenced permit
number. I have recently relocated this operation to a property located in Sacramento County. The only product
left on the Liberty Road property is turkey manure straight out of the barns, which is part of our normal clean out
for the turkey farm. This product will be distributed "as is" to various farmers. I do wish to keep our San
Joaquin County permit valid, as the opportunity may arise in the future to utilize this facility. I will notify you if
we so choose to recommence our composting activities at this location. Thank you for all your support and
cooperation in the past.
Sincerely,
No sen
916-687-7548
Fw7ning in the 21g Century
