<br /> Routine quarterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted:
<br /> 1. The manure and litter were removed from the turkey houses and spread out on site.
<br /> 2. Multiple temperatures were taken of the pile. The pile was not actively composting
<br /> (temperatures were below 122 F).
<br /> 3. Odor and fly population was light.
<br /> 4. The owner will be instructed to provide an invoice/receipt for the selling or disposal of the
<br /> manure.
