Temperature Log dating June 21, 2010 to September 22, 2010 given to me by the facility depicts compost fulfilling <br /> pathogen reduction requirements. <br /> 2.) Temperatures of compost were taken at posts 27, 24,21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, and 3. The respective temperatures were <br /> 108, 126, 146, 144, 136, 129, 116, 108, and 94 in degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> 3.) Approximately 400 cubic yards of finished compost was observed onsite. <br /> 4.) Laboratory results for finished product revealed that metals, coliform and salmonella meet regulatory requirements. <br />
